Taking a vitamin pill is easy, but did you know your body might only absorb a fraction of its nutrients? When a supplement travels through your digestive system, much of its potency is lost before it ever reaches your cells. IV nutrition therapy offers a different path. By delivering essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into your bloodstream, we can guarantee 100% bioavailability. This means your body gets the full dose immediately. For anyone with compromised digestion or chronic illness, the multivitamin iv infusion benefits are significant. This guide explains the process, the science behind this direct approach, and how it can support your overall health.
Key Takeaways
- Bypass digestion for better results: IV therapy delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream, ensuring maximum absorption that oral supplements can’t match. This direct route allows your body to use the vitamins and minerals immediately.
- Focus on specific goals, not general wellness: This therapy is most beneficial when used to address documented needs like nutrient deficiencies, chronic pain, or poor absorption. Always start with a medical evaluation to determine if it’s the right solution for you.
- Your provider’s credentials are key: Always choose a clinic staffed by licensed medical professionals who perform a complete health assessment before your first session. This ensures your treatment is both safe and tailored specifically to your body’s needs.
Understanding IV Therapy: Guidelines, Safety, and What to Expect
While the benefits of multivitamin IV infusions are vast—ranging from boosted energy to enhanced immune function—it is essential to follow clinical guidelines to ensure safety. At Kentuckiana Pain Specialists, our IV therapy protocols are designed to maximize absorption while minimizing risks.
Are there side effects or disadvantages?
Like any medical procedure, IV therapy can have minor side effects such as bruising at the injection site, a cooling sensation in the arm, or a metallic taste in the mouth. While rare, disadvantages can include “vitamin flushing” or vein irritation if not administered by a professional. We mitigate these risks by conducting a thorough health screening before your first session to ensure the infusion is perfectly balanced for your body’s specific needs.
What is IV Nutrition Therapy and How Does It Work?
You’ve probably heard about IV drips for everything from jet lag to immune support, but what exactly is IV nutrition therapy? At its core, it’s a method for delivering essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into your bloodstream. Instead of going through your digestive system like food or oral supplements, this intravenous approach allows your body to absorb the nutrients much more efficiently.
Think of it this way: when you take a vitamin pill, it has to travel through your stomach and intestines, where a lot of its potency can be lost before it ever reaches your cells. IV Nutrition Therapy bypasses this entire process. By sending a customized blend of nutrients straight into a vein, we can ensure your body gets a higher, more readily available dose of what it needs to function at its best. This method offers enhanced bioavailability, meaning your body can use the nutrients immediately for a more rapid effect. This direct delivery system is especially helpful for people whose bodies have a hard time absorbing nutrients from food, or for those who need a more significant nutrient replenishment to support their overall health and wellness goals.
How Nutrients Are Delivered Directly to You
The process of receiving IV nutrition is straightforward and relaxing. A healthcare professional will insert a small needle, connected to an IV bag, into a vein in your arm. The IV bag contains a saline-based solution filled with your personalized mix of vitamins and minerals. This solution then slowly drips into your bloodstream over the course of about 20 to 60 minutes.
Because this method skips your digestive tract, your body can absorb nearly 100% of the nutrients. This is a huge difference compared to the 20-50% absorption rate you might get from oral supplements. One of the most well-known formulas is the “Myers’ cocktail,” which typically includes a mix of B vitamins, vitamin C, and magnesium. Our pain management treatments are always tailored to what you specifically need.
What’s Actually in the IV Bag?
The contents of an IV bag can be customized to address your specific health concerns and goals. Common ingredients include a powerful mix of Vitamin C, various B vitamins (like B12 and B-complex), magnesium, and calcium. These are all essential nutrients that play critical roles in energy production, immune function, and cellular repair.
For individuals with certain health conditions, this targeted approach can be particularly beneficial. For example, people with digestive issues like Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis often struggle to absorb enough nutrients from their food. IV therapy provides a way to get these vital nutrients without irritating the digestive system. The right blend of vitamins and minerals can also support recovery from illness, reduce inflammation, and help manage symptoms related to chronic conditions, including post-COVID symptom relief.
The Potential Benefits of IV Nutrition Therapy
When you’re dealing with a chronic condition, you’re often looking for ways to support your body’s overall function. That’s where IV nutrition therapy comes in. By delivering vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into your bloodstream, this treatment bypasses the digestive system entirely. This means your body gets 100% of the nutrients, allowing them to be used immediately by your cells.
While it’s not a cure-all, providing your body with this direct and potent dose of essential nutrients can lead to some significant benefits. Many people report feeling more energetic, thinking more clearly, and experiencing a general improvement in their well-being. For those managing chronic pain, IV Nutrition Therapy can be a powerful complementary treatment that supports your body from the inside out, helping you feel more like yourself again. It’s about giving your system the high-quality fuel it needs to function optimally.
More Energy, Less Fatigue
Living with chronic pain is exhausting. The constant discomfort can drain your physical and mental energy, leaving you feeling perpetually tired. IV therapy can offer a welcome lift by delivering energy-focused nutrients like B vitamins and amino acids straight to your cells. These are the building blocks your body uses for metabolic processes and energy production. When they are readily available, your body doesn’t have to work as hard to produce the energy you need to get through the day. This can be especially helpful for those experiencing the profound fatigue associated with conditions like fibromyalgia or post-COVID symptoms.
Support for Your Immune System
Chronic pain and stress can take a toll on your immune system, leaving you more vulnerable. IV therapy can provide targeted support by infusing high doses of immune-fortifying nutrients like Vitamin C, zinc, and powerful antioxidants. A stronger immune system is better equipped to manage inflammation—a key contributor to many chronic pain conditions. By giving your body’s natural defenses a direct supply of the resources they need, you’re helping to create a more balanced internal environment. This proactive approach supports your overall health and resilience as you manage your primary pain management treatments.
Better Hydration and Nutrient Use
Proper hydration is fundamental to every single process in your body, including managing pain and inflammation. The saline solution in an IV drip provides immediate and efficient hydration that can be difficult to achieve by just drinking water, especially if you’re feeling unwell. Beyond hydration, IV therapy is a game-changer for anyone with compromised digestion. Conditions like Crohn’s disease or a history of gastric surgery can prevent your body from properly absorbing nutrients from food or oral supplements. IV infusions guarantee 100% bioavailability, ensuring your body receives the full benefit of every vitamin and mineral administered by our medical team.
Help with Pain and Inflammation
Inflammation is often a root cause or a major aggravating factor in chronic pain. Certain nutrients have powerful anti-inflammatory properties, and IV therapy can deliver them in concentrations that aren’t possible with oral supplements. Ingredients like magnesium, Vitamin C, and glutathione can help calm systemic inflammation, which may lead to a noticeable reduction in pain levels. Patients often report feeling relief within hours of a session. By directly addressing inflammation at a cellular level, IV therapy can be an effective tool in your arsenal for managing chronic conditions like arthritis, neuropathy, and generalized joint pain.
Is IV Nutrition Therapy Right for You?
Deciding if IV nutrition therapy is a good fit for you comes down to your specific health goals and circumstances. While it’s gained popularity for general wellness, its most practical applications are for individuals with specific needs that oral supplements or diet alone can’t meet. It’s not a magic wand, but for the right person, it can be an incredibly effective tool for managing symptoms and improving quality of life. It’s about finding a targeted solution that works with your body, not against it.
Think of it this way: if your body is a car, sometimes the fuel line (your digestive system) is clogged or inefficient. IV therapy is like putting high-quality fuel directly into the engine. This direct delivery can be especially helpful if you’re dealing with chronic health issues, recovering from intense physical activity, or have a condition that makes it hard for your body to absorb nutrients. The key is to work with a medical professional who can assess your health and determine if IV Nutrition Therapy is a safe and appropriate option for your personal health journey. A thorough evaluation helps ensure the treatment is tailored to you, addressing your unique needs instead of offering a one-size-fits-all solution.
If You Have Nutrient Deficiencies
For some people, getting enough vitamins and minerals through food is a real challenge. This is especially true if you have a malabsorption disorder like Crohn’s or celiac disease, or if you’ve had bariatric surgery. When your digestive system can’t properly absorb nutrients, even the healthiest diet might not be enough. IV therapy bypasses the gut entirely, delivering essential vitamins and minerals straight into your bloodstream. This ensures 100% absorption, allowing your body to get what it needs to function properly and helping to correct deficiencies more effectively than oral supplements alone.
For Athletes and Active Lifestyles
If you lead an active lifestyle or are a competitive athlete, you know how much physical exertion can take out of you. Intense workouts deplete your body of fluids, electrolytes, and essential vitamins that are crucial for performance and recovery. IV therapy can help you rehydrate and replenish these nutrients quickly and efficiently. The blend of vitamins and minerals can help reduce inflammation, fight muscle fatigue, and support faster recovery times. It’s a way to give your body the direct support it needs to repair itself and prepare for your next challenge.
If You Live with Chronic Pain
Living with chronic pain from conditions like fibromyalgia, arthritis, or neuropathy can be exhausting. When oral medications don’t provide enough relief, IV therapy can be a valuable part of a comprehensive pain management plan. Many infusions contain powerful anti-inflammatory ingredients like vitamin C and magnesium, which can help reduce inflammation throughout the body. By delivering these compounds directly to your system, IV therapy can help manage symptoms and improve your overall sense of well-being, offering another avenue for relief when you’re dealing with persistent joint pain or other chronic conditions.
For Recovery and Chronic Fatigue
Feeling completely drained is a hallmark of chronic fatigue and can be a lingering effect of recovering from an illness. When you’re in this state, your body needs extra support to get back on its feet. IV therapy can provide a concentrated dose of energy-supporting B vitamins and immune-supporting nutrients like vitamin C and zinc. This direct infusion can help restore your energy levels, strengthen your immune system, and aid your body’s natural recovery processes. It’s a supportive treatment for anyone who feels stuck in a cycle of exhaustion and needs help regaining their vitality.
What Does the Science Say?
With IV therapy popping up everywhere from celebrity social media feeds to local wellness clinics, it’s easy to get swept up in the excitement. But when it comes to your health, it’s always a good idea to look past the marketing and see what the research says. The truth is, the science behind IV nutrition therapy is nuanced. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution, and its effectiveness really depends on the individual and their specific health needs.
Understanding the current state of research helps you make an informed decision. While some benefits are well-documented and have been used in medical settings for decades, others are still being studied. Let’s break down what we know for sure, where the evidence is strongest, and how to separate the real health benefits from the wellness hype. This way, you can figure out if IV therapy is a genuinely helpful tool for your personal health goals or just a passing trend.
The Current State of Research
When you look at the broad landscape of scientific studies, it becomes clear that research on IV vitamin therapy is still evolving, especially for its use in otherwise healthy individuals. Many of the bold claims you see online aren’t yet backed by large-scale, high-quality clinical trials. One recent review noted that while the therapy is appealing, there are still “important questions about its clinical efficacy, safety, [and] cost-effectiveness… especially in otherwise healthy individuals.” For people who don’t have a diagnosed nutrient deficiency, there’s currently a “lack of high-quality evidence to suggest that high-dose vitamin infusions are necessary or offer any health benefit.” This doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, but it does mean the science is still playing catch-up to the trend.
Where IVs Have a Proven Advantage
Where IV therapy truly shines is in clinical settings for individuals with specific medical needs. The evidence is strong for its effectiveness in treating nutrient deficiencies, especially for people who have trouble absorbing nutrients through their digestive system. This can include those with malabsorption disorders like Crohn’s disease, individuals who have had bariatric surgery, or people living with chronic health conditions. Because IV Nutrition Therapy delivers vitamins and minerals directly into the bloodstream, it bypasses the gut entirely, ensuring 100% absorption. This makes it an incredibly effective tool for quickly correcting deficiencies, supporting the immune system, and helping manage symptoms related to chronic illness.
Separating Hype from Health
It’s important to distinguish between using IV therapy as a targeted medical treatment versus a general wellness boost. While it can feel like a luxurious form of self-care, the science simply doesn’t support its use as a shortcut to good health for everyone. As one medical journal plainly states, “Very few clinical studies have shown vitamin injections of this type offer any health benefit or are necessary for good health” in the absence of a specific medical condition. The real value of IV therapy lies in its ability to address a specific physiological need under medical guidance. It’s not a magic wand for perfect health, but rather a powerful tool when used for the right reasons.
Understanding the Risks and Side Effects
While IV Nutrition Therapy can be a fantastic tool for managing your health, it’s important to have a clear picture of the potential risks. Like any medical procedure, it’s not entirely without side effects. The good news is that when administered by a qualified medical team in a sterile environment, these risks are minimal. Being informed helps you make the best decision for your body. Most issues are minor and easily managed, but knowing what to look for is the first step in ensuring your experience is safe and positive.
Injection Site Issues
Let’s start with the most obvious part: the needle. Any procedure involving an IV comes with the possibility of discomfort, bruising, or slight swelling right where the needle goes in. This is usually temporary and fades within a day or two. The more significant concern is the risk of infection. It’s critical that your IV is administered in a completely clean environment by trained medical staff who follow strict hygiene protocols. This simple step is the best way to prevent complications, ensuring the entry point stays clean and heals properly.
Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities
Although uncommon, allergic reactions to the vitamins and minerals in an IV drip can happen. Symptoms might include a rash, itching, or swelling. In very rare cases, a more severe reaction could cause dizziness or trouble breathing. This is one of the main reasons a thorough health evaluation with your provider is so important before your first treatment. By discussing your medical history and any known allergies, your doctor can tailor the infusion to your specific needs and greatly reduce the chance of an adverse reaction.
The Risk of Too Much of a Good Thing
It’s easy to think that if some vitamins are good, more must be better, but that’s not always the case. Your body needs a specific balance of nutrients to function correctly. Receiving excessively high doses of certain vitamins and minerals can lead to negative side effects and, in some cases, potential harm. This is why it’s so important to avoid a one-size-fits-all approach. A qualified provider will assess your individual needs to determine the right formulation and dosage, ensuring you get the benefits without overdoing it.
Why Medical Supervision Is Essential
All of these points lead to one crucial conclusion: medical supervision is non-negotiable. IV therapy is most effective and safest when there’s a clear medical reason for it, determined by a healthcare professional. A proper medical evaluation ensures the treatment is right for your specific health conditions and goals. At a professional clinic, your infusion is prepared in a sterile environment and monitored by a team that knows exactly what to do if you feel unwell. This professional oversight is what separates a safe medical treatment from a risky wellness trend.
IV Therapy vs. Oral Supplements: What’s the Difference?
When you’re looking to supplement your diet, you’ll find two main paths: traditional oral supplements and IV nutrition therapy. While both aim to give your body the vitamins and minerals it needs, the way they deliver those nutrients is fundamentally different. Understanding this difference is key to figuring out which approach might be a better fit for your health goals, especially if you’re managing chronic pain or other health conditions. Let’s break down how each method works and what that means for you.
How Your Body Absorbs Nutrients
When you swallow a vitamin pill, it begins a long journey through your digestive system. Your stomach and liver work to break it down, but this process can significantly reduce the amount of nutrients that actually make it into your bloodstream. This is why the “bioavailability” of oral supplements can be surprisingly low. For some people, especially those with digestive issues or chronic conditions, the body may struggle to absorb enough nutrients from pills alone.
IV nutrition therapy works differently by bypassing the digestive system completely. The vitamins and minerals are delivered directly into your bloodstream, allowing for nearly 100% absorption. This means your cells get immediate access to the nutrients they need to function optimally, which can be a game-changer for recovery and overall wellness.
Comparing Cost and Convenience
There’s no question that oral supplements win on convenience and upfront cost. You can buy them at any pharmacy or grocery store and take them easily at home as part of your daily routine. They are an accessible way to support your general health over the long term.
On the other hand, IV therapy is a medical treatment that requires a visit to a clinic and is administered by a healthcare professional. Because it’s a specialized procedure, the cost is higher—and it’s not always covered by insurance. However, for that investment, you get a targeted, highly effective treatment that delivers immediate results. It’s less about daily maintenance and more about addressing specific needs, like recovering from an illness, managing chronic pain, or correcting a nutrient deficiency under expert medical guidance.
Common Myths About IV Vitamin Therapy
With the growing popularity of IV vitamin therapy, a lot of information—and misinformation—is floating around. It’s easy to get caught up in the hype, but it’s more important to understand the facts. Let’s clear up some of the most common myths so you can make a well-informed decision about whether this treatment is a good fit for your health and wellness goals. Knowing what to expect helps you get the most out of any therapy you choose.
Many wellness trends are promoted as a quick fix for everything from fatigue to chronic illness, and IV therapy is no exception. You might see it advertised as a miracle hangover cure or an instant immunity shield. While it can be a powerful tool for delivering essential nutrients directly to your body, it’s important to separate the marketing claims from the medical reality. The truth is, what works for one person might not be right for another, and your unique health profile is the most important factor. That’s why we believe in having an open conversation about what this therapy can and can’t do. By looking at the science and understanding the context, you can move past the myths and focus on what truly supports your well-being.
Myth: It’s an Instant Fix
One of the biggest misconceptions is that IV therapy is a one-time, instant cure for whatever ails you. While it’s true that nutrients are delivered directly into your bloodstream for rapid absorption, it’s not a magic wand. Think of it as a powerful tool for replenishing your body, especially if you have deficiencies that are hard to correct with diet alone. For many people, particularly those dealing with chronic conditions, IV nutrition therapy is a supportive treatment that works best as part of a comprehensive care plan, not a standalone solution. It provides your body with the resources it needs to heal and function better over time.
Myth: It’s Always Safe
Because IV drips are offered in spa-like settings, some people assume they are completely without risk. However, it’s important to remember that this is a medical procedure. While generally very safe when administered by a professional, there are potential risks like infection at the injection site or adverse reactions to the ingredients. This is why choosing a qualified provider is so critical. The therapy is most beneficial for those with specific clinical needs, and a medical evaluation is necessary to determine if it’s right for you. Our team of specialists always prioritizes your safety by conducting a thorough health assessment before any treatment.
Setting Realistic Expectations
It’s crucial to have realistic expectations about what IV vitamin therapy can do. While some people report feeling an immediate difference in their energy levels, the primary benefits are often more subtle and build over time. For individuals without a specific vitamin deficiency, the evidence for high-dose infusions is still developing. The real advantage comes when we use it to address a documented need, which can be a game-changer for those with malabsorption issues or chronic conditions that deplete nutrient stores. The goal is to support your body’s overall function and help you feel your best, and we can discuss what that looks like for you during a consultation.
What to Expect During Your IV Therapy Session
If you’re considering IV Nutrition Therapy, you might be wondering what the experience is actually like. It’s a straightforward and comfortable process designed to get you the nutrients you need efficiently. From the moment you walk in, our team is focused on your safety and comfort, ensuring you feel at ease every step of the way. Let’s walk through what a typical session involves so you know exactly what to expect.
Your Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation. This is where we get to know you and your specific health needs. A healthcare professional will review your medical history and talk with you about your symptoms and wellness goals. They will also perform a physical examination to get a complete picture of your health. In some cases, a blood test might be recommended to identify any specific nutrient deficiencies. This thorough evaluation allows our team to recommend the IV drip that is perfectly suited to you. You can find more information about becoming a patient in our patient center.
The IV Infusion Process
Once your personalized IV drip is prepared, the process is simple. You’ll get comfortable in a relaxing chair while a small needle is used to insert a catheter into a vein, usually in your arm. This allows the vitamins and minerals to be delivered directly into your bloodstream. Because this method bypasses your digestive system, your body can absorb the nutrients much more quickly and effectively. The infusion itself typically takes between 20 and 60 minutes. It’s a great time to sit back, read a book, listen to music, or simply relax while your body gets the support it needs.
Safety and Monitoring During Treatment
Your well-being is the top priority during any treatment. A qualified healthcare provider will carefully determine the right dosage of vitamins and minerals for your body’s specific requirements. While IV therapy is generally very safe, there is a small risk of infection at the injection site, which is minimized by performing the procedure in a sterile environment with an experienced professional. Our team monitors you throughout the session to ensure everything goes smoothly. It’s important to remember that IV therapy is most effective when used for specific medical reasons, which is why a thorough initial evaluation by a medical expert is so crucial.
How to Choose a Safe and Reputable Provider
With the growing popularity of IV therapy, it seems like new clinics are popping up everywhere. But not all providers offer the same level of care or safety. Choosing the right one is the most important step you can take for your health and well-being. A reputable clinic won’t just hand you a menu of options; they’ll act as a partner in your health journey, ensuring any treatment you receive is both safe and genuinely beneficial for your specific needs.
Think of it less like a spa treatment and more like a medical procedure—because it is. The right provider will prioritize your safety above all else. This means having a qualified medical team, using high-quality ingredients, and taking the time to understand your health history before ever inserting a needle. Doing a little homework upfront can help you find a clinic that offers effective, professional care and gives you peace of mind. When you’re ready, you can explore a treatment like IV Nutrition Therapy with confidence.
Check for Medical Credentials
This is non-negotiable. The person administering your IV infusion should be a licensed medical professional, such as a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician. These professionals are trained in sterile techniques, understand anatomy to ensure proper vein access, and know how to respond if a complication arises. Ask the clinic who performs the infusions and don’t hesitate to inquire about their qualifications. A trustworthy provider will be proud to introduce their expert medical team and will have this information readily available. If a clinic is vague about its staff’s credentials, consider it a major red flag. Your health is too important to leave in untrained hands.
Ask About Ingredient Quality
You have every right to know exactly what is going into your body. A reputable provider will be completely transparent about the ingredients in their IV drips and where they come from. Ask if their vitamins and minerals are sourced from FDA-registered, sterile compounding pharmacies. High-quality providers use pharmaceutical-grade nutrients, which meet high standards for purity and potency. Be wary of any clinic that can’t or won’t share details about their suppliers or the quality of their ingredients. The effectiveness and safety of your treatment depend directly on the purity of what’s in the bag, so always ask questions.
Ensure They Do a Health Evaluation
IV therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. A safe and responsible provider will always conduct a thorough health evaluation before your first session. This should include a review of your medical history, current health conditions, allergies, and any medications or supplements you’re taking. This step is crucial for determining if IV therapy is appropriate for you and for customizing a formula that addresses your specific needs without causing harm. A clinic that skips this personalized consultation is putting you at risk. A proper evaluation ensures your treatment plan is tailored just for you, which is a core part of the patient-centered care you deserve.
Making an Informed Choice for Your Health
With IV bars popping up in many cities, it’s easy to view vitamin infusions as a quick wellness trend. But when it comes to your health, making a thoughtful, informed decision is always the best approach. The most critical step is to move beyond the marketing claims and have a real conversation with a medical professional. This isn’t just about getting a dose of vitamins; it’s about understanding if this specific delivery method is right for your body and your health goals.
While IV therapy is highly effective for people with documented nutrient deficiencies or conditions that affect absorption, the evidence for general wellness in otherwise healthy individuals is still limited. That’s why a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work. A qualified provider will start with a thorough health evaluation, possibly including blood work, to understand your unique needs. They can help you determine if your symptoms—like fatigue or chronic pain—might benefit from a personalized IV nutrition plan or if another treatment is more appropriate.
Ultimately, choosing to pursue IV therapy should be a collaborative decision between you and your doctor. They can help you weigh the potential benefits against the risks and ensure the treatment is tailored specifically to you. If you’re curious whether IV nutrition could complement your pain management plan, the best next step is to schedule a consultation to discuss your health history and goals.

The goal is sustained improvement, which may become more noticeable after a few treatments.
Does getting an IV hurt? You can expect a brief pinch when the small needle is inserted, similar to what you’d feel during a routine blood draw. After that initial moment, the process is quite comfortable. Most people find the 20 to 60-minute infusion time to be a relaxing opportunity to rest, read, or listen to music while the drip does its work.
How do you decide what goes into my IV drip? Your IV formula is never a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s completely customized for you based on a thorough consultation with one of our medical professionals. We’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, and what you hope to achieve. This conversation helps us create a specific blend of vitamins and minerals tailored to support your body’s unique needs.
Can IV therapy replace my regular pain management treatments? It’s best to think of IV nutrition therapy as a supportive player on your healthcare team, not the star quarterback. It is a complementary treatment designed to work alongside your primary pain management plan. By ensuring your body has the nutrients it needs at a cellular level, it can help improve your overall well-being and support the effectiveness of your other treatments.
How often do people typically need IV therapy? There isn’t a standard schedule, as the frequency of treatments depends entirely on your individual health situation and goals. After your initial consultation, our team will recommend a treatment plan designed for you.
