Meet Ajith Nair, M.D.
Founder & Medical Director
For nearly three decades, Dr. Nair has treated chronic pain with a simple conviction: there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Board certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Integrative Medicine, he built Kentuckiana Pain Specialists around alternatives to the pill bottle: interventional, integrative, and holistic care tailored to each patient.
Dr. Nair is one of the largest intrathecal pain-pump implanters in the Louisville region, an expert spinal cord stimulator implanter, and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Louisville.
